We all have both positive thoughts and negative thoughts, but it is dependent upon us what we should consume.  

The main source of negative thoughts that occurs in our mind is our fear. We have a fear of losing something or someone, fear of starting a new job or business, fear of responsibilities, fear of taking a risk, fear of failure. These all fears play the most important roles in our mind and we are started thinking negative thoughts. If we have continuous worry about how things might go, it will become bothering us. It does not help us to things go right.

We should think that worry is not the solution to our problems. The first and most important thing we should do is believe in ourselves. We all need to take personal and energetic responsibility because, at the end of the day, the lives that we are living now are the direct results of our creation.

We will make things worse when we fight with those negative thoughts that can really strengthen the pattern of thinking. The more you try not to think negative thoughts, it will lead to more negative thoughts. To get rid of negative thoughts you need to try a different approach, something that will help you to clear your mind. 

1) Start of the day with Meditation:

Meditation is the best technique to have in the morning, so you can start your day with a clear mindset. Clam your thoughts by taking deep breaths.  Meditation is very effective and instantly calms your mind down. With the help of morning meditation practice, we get peace of mind and change our perception.

2) Stop watching Morning News:

Morning time is the best time to create a positive mindset. If we see morning news, it will directly affect our minds and we start thinking negatively. Research has also shown that a Positive mindset increases productivity and satisfaction while reduces error rates. So, stop watching the morning news and create a positive mindset.

3) Start your day positively:

Starting your day with clear intention can set the tone of your day ahead. When you have a clear intention in your mind, you may be adequately prepared to stay aligned with your values. So, you will have better access to your values when they are most needed.

4) Be grateful:

Or you may use daily affirmations like, I am happy and positive, I love myself, I always take a situation positively. 

5) Surrounded by Positive people:

Our social circle also gives an impact on our thoughts and it is a human tendency that we easily captured someone's negative thoughts. So if possible we should get rid of negative people. 


If we want to change our negative outlook, it will not become overnight. With continuous practice, we can change our negative outlook to a positive outlook. One thing is a must that we have a belief in ourselves. With the practice of positive thinking, we will become confident and independent.
