We all are trying to stay happy but for some reason, we will not stay happy all the time. And first and common reason is our stressful life. Stress has become a part of our routine life and it is not unavoidable. Some people get so worked up over stressful situations or feelings that they make themselves physically and mentally ill.

When you do this you will feel fully awake, focused, and relaxed. It will relax your mind and improve your thinking power. You will feel more positive throughout the day.

Your first meal of the day is very important, So start your day with a healthy meal that can help to maintain your blood sugar, which your body needs to power your brain and muscles. A healthful diet has to include vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fruits, and legumes. 

There are foods and drinks that you should try to avoid:

Make sure that your body receives the proper amount of Protein, Fat, Fiber, Calcium, Carbohydrates. A healthy diet can help lower your risk of heart disease, improving your cholesterol level, and controls your blood sugar, So you will better manage your stress and feel happier.
